Project Description

Being a Domestic Management Company (DMC) for years and organising all range of travel services in Bali & Indonesia, it was challenging for The Seven Holiday to stand out in a highly-competitive market and grab a distinctive share of it.

Today The Seven Holiday is a specialist in tailor-made honeymoon trips which occupy 85% of its business. The company has defined a market for honeymooners and owns it now.

Brut undertook a complete business restart, from market research and analysis, developing new brand positioning and identifying new buyer personas, to creating and implementing marketing strategies for the b2c and b2b markets.
